Mr. McQueen co-founded Sage Natural Resources in 2017 and was promoted to CEO after four years as the Company’s COO. He focused on technology deployment in the Barnett and Eagle Ford Shales.

While at Samson Resources, he gained a wide range of experience in various technical and leadership functions as the Corporate Planning Leader post $7.2 billion sale to KKR.

Also at Samson, Gavin led a 300k acre division with four active rigs in the Powder River basin and later managed the East Division’s ~3,000 operated wells in East Texas/Haynesville that sold to Rockcliff Energy for $525 million. 

Prior experience includes operations in the Permian basin with XTO managing waterfloods and early horizontal development.

Gavin has experience in corporate governance, finance, commercial, engineering and operating strategies.  

Mr. McQueen received a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering with a minor in Geology from Texas A&M University. 

Billy was co-founder and managing partner at Maroon Bells Resources for three years where he led acquisitions, marketing, and more for a $60 million development project in the Williston basin.

Mr. Beery spent 14 years at XTO Energy in various energy roles where he doubled field production in Russell Clearfork field followed by substantial drilling operations in the Williston basin.

He coordinated and drilled 500+ wells in XTO’s Rockies department, including 40+  3-mile horizontal wells. 

Mr. Beery holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Engineering Physics from the University of Central Oklahoma with significant coursework in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma. 

Cailean spent three years as a senior geologist at Monterey Production Company where he managed 600 vertical wells and increased oil production by 25%.

Prior to Monterey, Mr. Carlberg spent four years as a senior geologist for Blackbeard Operating focused on the Midcon.

Cailean also has experience working for Kaiser Francis Oil Company and Unit Petroleum where he created numerous drilling prospects.

Mr. Carlberg received a Bachelor of Science in Geoscience from the University of Tulsa. 

Mr. McNamara spent 10 years as land manager for BRG Energy where he participated in $400 million of A&D activity in Texas, including a divestment of assets to Chesapeake Energy.

He served as VP of land at Canyon Creek Energy for 10+ years where he acquired 80k+ acres of leasehold within the Arkoma basin.

Stephen is a past president of Tulsa Association of Petroleum Landmen and played a vital role in developing Oklahoma oil & gas statutes.

Mr. McNamara graduated from the University of Montana, earning a Bachelor of Arts in History. 

Kyle worked for Validus Energy where he negotiated with offset operators to increase inventory and was crucial in overseeing the land function and its execution of the drilling program in the Eagle Ford Shale.

At Felix Energy, he managed the land function for the drilling program and was involved in entity sales that grossed ~$5 billion in the Permian basin.

Kyle also led land and development strategies at Samson Resources focused on the Powder River basin.

Mr. Cervi is a graduate from the University of Oklahoma, having received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. 

Mr. Apfelbach previously worked at Kaiser-Francis Oil Company leading the company’s midstream investment strategy and managing the company’s financial hedge book.

Built Kaiser Supply and Trading, a physical oil trading, blending, and logistics business across six states and multiple pipelines.

George most recently led the Oil & Gas Advisory practice at TKO Miller.

Mr. Apfelbach graduated from Boston College, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Physics and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. 

Kalynn has 13 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry building exploratory dashboards and statistical analysis models to help stakeholders better understand their data and improve their decision making process. 

Ms. Dean brings her expertise to a variety of departments and management levels, including Reservoir Engineering, Accounting, and Finance.

Kalynn has developed analytics tools at large public and private independent, as well as mid-cap private oil and gas companies.

Ms. Dean received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from the University of Oklahoma and a Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA) from Carnegie Mellon University. 

Mr. Boudreaux spent 8 years as Vice President of Drilling and Supply Chain at Samson Resources, with 35 active rigs across multiple basins, with over 300 HZ wells and over 1,000 career wells. 

Prior to Samson, he worked for nearly three decades in various Drilling management and engineering roles, both domestic and international.

Bart earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Southwestern Louisiana.

Mr. Krampf was most recently Production Manager at Endeavor Energy for 8 years where he developed the artificial lift program for over 1,200 new horizontal wells and drove down lifting costs to <$3/BO.

Mr. Krampf has over thirty years of experience in Operations and Production management across many basins.

Trey earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering and a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma. 

Mr. Burson has 20 years of experience working in both Midstream and E&P performing roles in HSE, Construction, Mechanical Integrity and Production.  Ryan has built and managed numerous multi well facilities, SWD's and pipelines across the Barnett/Ft. Worth, Haynesville, Eagle Ford and Anadarko/STACK basins.  

Most recently Ryan was a Sr. Construction Foreman and Production Foreman for Sage Natural Resources managing production across the Ft. Worth Basin alongside an active drilling program from 2018-2025.

Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science in Fire Protection and Safety Engineering Technology from Oklahoma State University and served 6 years in the Air Force Reserves.
